You really shouldn't be so mean to your sister (nor she to you), because you guys never really know when you won't have each other anymore... My little brother and I still get in fights -I am not, by any means, perfect-, but we realized that we can't keep fighting so much now, especially since our mom passed away in '04.
I know having a sibling can be a total pain...believe me...but that's not to say you guys can't get along... Instead of going out of your way to make her mad, try to talk to her first, and tell her why you're upset... You never know; you guys might have something in common!
